How we work
Free consultation. Tell us what and where you want to study and which school certificate you have. We tell you which universities and programmes are realistic — the first consultation is free.
Universities and deadlines. Together we pick the programmes — it is worth applying to several universities — and draw up a calendar: when registration opens and what it needs.
Documents. We tell you what you need: an apostille, a sworn translation and, if required, a NAWA statement for your certificate.
Language. Polish-taught programmes need B2. Our B2 mini-group course takes ≈ 7.5 months from B1 — start early.
IRK registration. We fill in the forms, upload the documents and pay the recruitment fees for your chosen programmes on your behalf (usually 85 zł per programme).
Results. We handle the correspondence until the results and tell you the next steps: original documents, the visa, the residence permit.
What to know in advance
The rules for foreign candidates became stricter in 2025–2026. The details are in our admission guide.
Polish at B2 or above
Since the 2025/26 academic year, candidates from outside the EU prove the language of instruction at B2 or above: with a certificate or another document on the university’s list.
The NAWA statement
School certificates from outside the EU, OECD and EFTA, from countries without an agreement with Poland (Belarus, for example), need a free NAWA statement. It takes up to 60 days.
Registration in summer
The main registration at public universities runs in June–July; each university publishes its exact dates.
Recruitment fee
Usually 85 zł per programme, more for some programmes. As part of the service, we pay it.
Who studies for free
Polish-taught programmes at public universities are free for, among others, Karta Polaka holders or holders of a C1 Polish certificate. Others pay the university’s fees.
Visa and residence
After admission comes the student visa, then a residence permit. Since 27 April 2026 residence applications are filed online only.
Language is our core work
We are a Polish language school, so we start admission preparation with what matters most — the language. Our B2 mini-group course takes ≈ 7.5 months from B1, C1 ≈ 7.5 months from B2; a C1 certificate also exempts you from tuition fees for Polish-taught study at public universities.
Our former students study in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Poznań and Lublin — their stories and tips are in “Admission stories”.
Questions about admission
Is the consultation paid?
No, the first consultation is free: we go through your school certificate, language level and plans and tell you which universities and programmes are realistic.
How much does admission support cost?
It depends on what you need: how many universities and programmes, whether you need translations, help with scholarships and accommodation. The scope and the price are agreed individually, in a separate agreement after the free consultation. The service includes paying the university’s recruitment fee for you (usually 85 zł per programme).
Do you promise I will be admitted?
No. Admission is decided by the university’s admissions committee alone. We help with the choice of programmes, the documents, the deadlines and the registration, and with bringing your language up to the level required.
What level of Polish do I need?
For Polish-taught study, candidates from outside the EU prove B2 or above: with the state certificate, a preparatory course certificate or another document on the university’s list. B2 course →
Do I need my school certificate recognised?
Since 1 July 2025, certificates from outside the EU, OECD and EFTA, from countries without a recognition agreement with Poland (Belarus, for example), need a free NAWA statement filed through SYRENA. Certificates from the EU, OECD, EFTA and agreement countries (Ukraine, for example) are recognised by law.
When should I start?
Ideally a year ahead: bring your Polish to B2, get the apostille and translations and, if needed, apply to NAWA. Registration at public universities runs in June–July. Admission guide →
Can I study for free?
Yes, if you belong to one of the categories in the law: for example, you hold a Karta Polaka or a Polish certificate at C1 or above. Polish-taught study at public universities is then free. C1 course →
