Questions about private lessons
Is there a free private trial lesson?
No — private lessons are always paid. Free: your first lesson in a mini-group and the online level test on this site.
Can I change teachers?
Yes. Message the administrator and we’ll match you with another teacher at no extra cost.
Which language do teachers explain in?
Lessons are held in Polish, and the teacher adapts the explanations to your level. Pani Natalia, Pani Weronika and Pan Jegor can explain in English — pick “Explains in English” in the catalogue above.
Can I cancel or move a lesson?
Yes, free of charge if you tell us by e-mail or phone at least 12 hours before the lesson and the school or your teacher confirms the cancellation or the new time. Later than that, the lesson is charged.
How many lessons a week?
For visible progress — 2–3 lessons a week plus practice on the AI platform in between.
Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes, a faktura VAT for individuals and companies, on request.
